NanBon, named for my daughter, is a company built on family recipes. The recipe for NanBon bread pudding has been passed down for over five generations. Before offering NanBon to you, it was my signature gift to friends and my signature offering at potlucks and other engagements, It is also at the root of my love for baking and eating!
Each of the recipes have been passed down with love from grandmoms, great aunts, aunties and my mom. I learned them in the kitchen as none of them were ever written down. Though the recipes are now written down, each dessert is still made with the utmost love in hopes that you will enjoy every single bit. We use only the finest, purest ingredients to maximize flavor and increase your eating pleasure. We also use local produce and locally grown ingredients when ever possible. In that same vain, every order is made fresh upon request to ensure that you receive, “fresh from the oven” goodness.
